Payroll Specialist (Financial Institution) position near North Wales, PA
Leading Financial institution is looking for a Payroll Specialist to work in their Human Resource department. This position will require the Payroll Specialist to provide help and support to the company relating to all its payroll processes, preparation, and disbursement. A great challenging full time position with great benefits!
Full cycle payroll processing – Multiple state
Update payroll system – employee changes, new hires, employee title change, rate changes, deductions etc.
Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a payroll system
Ensure weekly, bi weekly, semimonthly payrolls are processed
Ensure 401K deductions and work with the benefits manager
Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
Address all issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors like garnishments, taxes, vacation accruals etc.
Gather information on hours worked for each employee
Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
Process manual checks
Min 3-5 years of experience as a Payroll/Benefits Admin
Payroll experience is a MUST!
ADP Workforce Now experience is a MUST!
FPC/CPP Certification preferred
Proficient with MS Office
