Must have Union Payroll and ADP experience!!

Job Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's in Accounting, finance or Business
  • 2 plus years of processing payroll experience
  • Prior experience with ADP
  • Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees
  • Check payroll information for accuracy and ensure all relevant paperwork is in order
  • Calculate pay according to hours worked incorporating leaves and overtime
  • Calculate bonuses and commissions when appropriate
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
