- You will play an important role in the placement process and in the representation of candidates.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team on candidate placements, weekly team meetings and company development.
- Communicate with managers on a daily basis.
- Search for qualified candidates using multiple job boards that you are given access to.
- Fill temporary and direct hire positions.
- Review resumes and revise if needed, in order to be submitted for the qualified position.
- Arrange phone and face to face interviews by communicating with each candidate.
- College Degree preferred
- Must be team player, who is positive and determined.
- Must have experience in Customer Service, Recruiting Communications, and/ or Sales
- Microsoft experience is needed; Word, Outlook, excel. Etc.
