- By managing your own desk, you will act as an important factor is the employment placement process.
- Create job descriptions for multiple positions that are assigned to you.
- Search for candidates who have qualifications/ skills that meet the clients’ needs.
- Communicate via phone and email to coordinate in person / phone interviews.
- Prepare documents for reference checks and onboarding new employees.
- Build a relationship which each candidate to ensure a positive placement process.
- Microsoft Office experience is required.
- A background in recruiting is preferred, but a Sales / CSR experience is accepted.
- Communication experience is a must!
- A College Degree is highly is preferred.
- Experience in an office setting is a plus.
